STUDENT volunteers from Brunel University and Uxbridge College will join next Tuesday (11) for Good Deeds Day, to raise funds for the Mayor of Hillingdon's Charitable Trust.
The two Uxbridge shopping malls and Uxbridge Bid, the town centre group, will also be involved.
The Pavilions is the main hub, with stalls and activities including arts and crafts, hair braiding, nail painting, henna, cake decorating, giant games and face painting. Free tea & coffee will be served at intu.
In Uxbridge library, students will be helping with digital drop-in sessions.
Out in the community, students will be helping at charity shops, supermarket check-outs and with litter-picking.
Events run from 11am-3pm and will be opened by the mayor. A total of 120 students are taking part.
