Top chefs to visit town for book signing
Two of the country's top chefs, Prue and Peta Leith, will visit Oswestry this month to talk about their new cookbook The Vegetarian Kitchen.
The new cookbook features 100 vegetarian and vegan recipes from founder of Leith's School of Food and Wine, chef and Bake Off judge, Prue Leith and her niece Peta Leith – a former pastry sous chef at The Ivy and lifelong vegetarian.
The Vegetarian Kitchen contains vegetarian meals, many of which are also vegan, and all of which bring Prue and Peta's combined wealth of cookery knowledge to the kitchen.
The pair will be holding a special lunchtime event at the Wynnstay Arms in Church Street, Oswestry on Wednesday, February 26 at 12.30pm.
Both Prue and Peta will hold a talk, followed by an audience question and answer session and a book signing.
Tickets for the event cost between £10 and £25, not including booking fee and can be bought from www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/prue-leith-peta-leith-the-vegetarian-kitchen-tickets-90072540393
