Four people have been arrested and released on bail in connection to a murder in Essex

A 27-year-old from Enfield was also arrested on Saturday, December 28 on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and possession of drugs.

He has been released on bail until Friday, January 24.

Two 21-year-old men from Islington was arrested and released on bail Tuesday, March 18.

One of the men was arrested on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving without insurance.

The other was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

A 31-year-old man from Tottenham was arrested on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, and possession of Class A drugs.

He has been released on bail until Thursday, March 24.

Asqeri Spaho, 25, from Westcliff, died as a result of stab wounds on Thursday, December 12.

Officers received reports of a disturbance at an address in Tintern Avenue at around 4.25am.

A second man was taken to hospital shortly after being attacked inside the property.

Essex Police have released CCTV images of a man and a woman they would like to identify who took the injured man to hospital following the disturbance.

A second victim has since been discharged from hospital after receiving a stab injury to his abdomen.

Senior Investigating Officer Detective Inspector Greg Wood, of the Serious Crime Directorate, said: “We are now in a position to confirm that another man was attacked within the property and we really need to locate two people who took him to hospital for treatment.

“We had to put the welfare of this man first and we’re now appealing following his release from hospital.

“I believe the people who assisted the victim may have key information about our investigation and we would urge them, and others who have information, to contact us.”
