At least 25 Firefighters and four fire engines from Wallington, Croydon and Purley were called to a fire at a school on Sandy Lane in Wallington.
According to emergency reports - fire crews attended the scene on December 25, at 2:03pm were they discovered that part of a single-storey classroom was alight.
Firefighters managed to get the fire under control by 3:28pm and there were no reports of injuries.
The cause of the fire under investigation by both the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
