Residents of Norman Avenue reported being awoken by police on the morning of November 27 as a house was raided.
Responding to a request for comment, a spokesman for the Met Police said: "We were called at around 3.16am on Wednesday, November 27 to reports of firearms being found on Norman Avenue, Croydon.
