Officers investigating a theft from a car in have released CCTV footage of two people they would like to identify as part of their enquiries.
It happened in Gypsy Lane, Hunton Bridge, at around 4am on Thursday November 21.
A black BMW was broken into and three electric drills were stolen.
PCSO Dan Barton, from the Abbots Langley safer neighbourhood team, said: "We appreciate you cannot see the people’s faces clearly however you may recognise their clothing or their mannerisms.
"If you think you may know who they are, or you have any information about the incident, please get in touch quoting crime reference 41/105390/19."
