A 43-year-old man has been arrested and will appear in court for allegedly shoplifting in Marks & Spencer in Richmond.
43-year-old Kevin Quartermain from Barnes was initially arrested on High Street, Teddington, following a routine 'stop and search' by police patrols.
According to police reports - Quartermain was also in possession of a bank card that was not registered in his name and further police checks later revealed that Quartermain was also wanted by the police for shoplifting.
Quartermain has since been charged and remanded to court for carrying out a shoplifting theft from Marks & Spencers in Richmond back in September.
