Drivers on the clockwise M25 are facing serious delays of up to 90 minutes this morning following two crashes.

The first accident happened at around 6.30am between junction 25 for the A10 Great Cambridge Road and junction 26 for the A121.

All traffic was held after the crash, which occurred in lane one. All lanes have since re-opened.

Before the accident there was already 16 miles of traffic on the clockwise carriageway following a crash at Junction 8 between Reigate and Sevenoaks involving a lorry, a car and a van.

Traffic is back as far as Junction 5 for the M26 and is also building back onto the M23.
