A yellow weather warning for heavy rain is in place for tomorrow and could affect morning commuters.
Met Office has warned that persistent rain could lead to flooding in the south of the country.
The warning is in place for the whole of tomorrow (Thursday, November 14) - from midnight to 11.45pm.
The weather service has forecast heavy rain overnight, with the wet weather continuing throughout the morning.
In the Watford and north London areas, there could be heavy rain during the rush hour period.
The rain is expected to ease away later in the day.
Although there is a warning in place, Met Office has said there is a small chance homes and businesses could be flooded, and a small chance of fast flowing or deep floodwater.

Spray and flooding could also lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.
The weather service wrote: "Periods of rain are expected to become widespread, persistent and locally heavy across parts of England and Wales through Thursday.
"Rainfall totals of 15-25 mm are likely widely with the potential for some spots to see spots potentially seeing totals of 40-60 mm."
