A police officer has been injured after being hit by a car.
The incident happened after officers stopped a car at White Hart Lane in Tottenham at 11.32am today (Tuesday, October 29).
The driver stopped for police, but then drove off at speed, hitting a police officer.
The London Ambulance Service and air ambulance attended and the officer was taken to hospital.
Met Police said it is still awaiting an update on his condition.
The road was closed and buses were diverted to while emergency services dealt with the incident.

Transport for London (TfL) Bus Alerts tweeted at about noon: "WHITE HART LANE: Route W3 diverted in both directions via Fore Street, North Circular Road, Great Cambridge Roundabout and Great Cambridge Road due to a police incident."
There are no arrests and Met Police is conducting enquiries to find the suspects and the vehicle.
