A 16-year-old boy has been arrested following a stabbing at an underground station.
The incident happened at Woodford Station on Monday, October 7, at around 5.30pm.
The victim, a teenage boy, suffered a wound to his shoulder. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Transport for London Central reported that no trains stopped at the station while the police were carrying out an investigation.
The suspect was arrested this morning on suspicion of attempted murder. He remains in custody.
