A man is fighting for his life after a late night double stabbing.

Police were called to Downham Way in Grove Park just before midnight on Friday following calls about a fight.

Two men were taken to hospital with stab and slash wounds.

One of the victims (in his 30s) is in critical condition while another (approximately 50) is not in life-threatening condition.

As a result, police have arrested another two people and have said that enquiries are ongoing.

Witnesses are asked to call 101 and quote reference number  ref 9560/sep13 with any information.
