A woman has died after being hit by a motorcycle.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly before 7pm on Tuesday to reports that a pedestrian had been hit by a motorcycle in Bedford Hill.
Both people were taken to hospital were the pedestrian, a woman aged in her early 50s, died from her injuries. Her next of kin have been notified.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man aged in his late 50s, suffered minor injuries.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit ask anyone who witnessed the incident or has any dash cam footage around that time to call the SCIU witness line on 0208 543 5157 and quote CAD 6542/10 Sept.
