A signalling fault between Charlton and Woolwich is affecting commuters this evening.
National Rail say the disruption will likely last until 7pm.
A statement read: "A fault with the signalling system between Charlton and Woolwich Dockyard is causing disruption to journeys between these stations.
"Train services may be cancelled or delayed. Engineers are on their way to the area to investigate."

The statement added: "Where Southeastern can, they will divert some of their services FROM London via Sidcup or Bexleyheath. Trains TO London are not affected at this time
"There may also be some cancellations because of the problem."
