A man will spend 22 weeks in prison after stealing "a lot" of chocolate from a shop in Sidcup.
News Shopper reported earlier this month how there had been a spate of wine and chocolate thefts from the Co-Op, The Oval, since February.
Other co-ops in Bexley had also been targeted.
It is believed up to £800 worth of stock had been nicked by three shop lifters.
They were charged in April but failed to turn up to court.
An issue was warranted and Michael Lane, 30, from Bourneside Gardens, Downham, was spotted in London a few weeks ago.
He has now been sentenced to 22 weeks in prison.

However, the other two suspects remain at large.
Blendon and Penhill Police joked on social media: "Shoplifters must be living in another Galaxy to think we won't catch them."
