THE line-up for this year’s three-day Drayton Court Jazz Festival in Ealing features many of the UK’s top jazz musicians.

The festival is a now a widely-anticipated jazz event – accessible, with jazz from bands with local connections and FREE admission.

Dick Esmond, co-founder and artistic director of the Ealing Jazz Festival for 30 years, said: “The line-up for our fourth year is as good as ever, presenting locally-led bands at an event without parallel in the borough.”

The festival was established in 2016 in response to demand from fans and musicians disappointed with changes to the council-run Ealing Jazz Festival.

Set in the Drayton Court’s spacious garden in The Avenue, it features main stage bands and performances from jazz duos and trios in the bar.

This year also pays tribute to photographer and festival supporter John Ross, who died recently.
