WHEN she’s not at the London Stock Exchange Group, Benny Jakhu is most likely to be seen whizzing along the roads on her bike.
Benny, from Ealing, has taken to the saddle to support her boss, head of tax at LSEG Colin Robey, whose wife, Louise, has a rare, incurable lung disease.
She is in training for next month’s 100-mile Prudential RideLondon event on behalf of LAM Action, to fund research into a cure for lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) and provide support for women in the UK who have the condition.

Benny hopes to raise £2,000 for the national charity, with her employers agreeing to match Though research is ongoing, there is currently no cure for LAM and effective treatment is limited.
For some women, a lung transplant is their only means of survival.
Prudential Ride London/Surrey 100 is a 100-mile cycle event, starting at the Olympic Park and heading through the Surrey Hills before finishing on the Mall.
