Plans to demolish an Abbey Wood church hall in favour of new housing have been lodged with Greenwich Council.
Developers are seeking to tear down Abbey Wood Methodist Church hall in McLeod Road and erect five, two-storey houses with each containing four bedrooms.
A previous application which sought to demolish the adjacent church building and replaced with a new building was approved in 2012 with these new plans looking to finalise the proposal as a whole.

According to council documents, the proposed structures will reflect the style and size of neighbouring properties without having a detrimental impact on surrounding houses.
According to the church's website, the building was originally acquired on lease from the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society and the freehold was acquired in 1944 for £900.
It was later opened for worship in July 1934.
The decision has yet to be reached on the planing application and it is currently with council case officers.
