Three teenagers have been arrested after a man was stabbed over the weekend.

Officers from British Transport Police were called to an area near Therapia Lane tram stop at 7.22pm on May 25 following a report of a stabbing.

A man in his late teens suffered an injury to his leg and was taken to hospital, he has since been released.

Three boys and a man were subsequently arrested.

These were a 16-year-old boy from Beddington, a 16-year-old from Croydon, a 17-year-old from Sutton and a 19-year-old from South Norwood, all on suspicion of GBH.

They have been released on bail until June 21 with conditions not to enter the tram network.
