A teenager has been taken to hospital after being slashed in Anerley.

Police were called at just after 3.30pm today (May 15) to reports of a fight in Croydon Road, near the junction with Stembridge Road.

Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a boy, believed aged 14, suffering a slash wound to the arm.

He has been taken to hospital for treatment where his condition has been assessed as not life threatening.

No arrests have been made and enquiries into the circumstances continue.
