Tributes have been paid to the man who sadly died following a collision on the M25.
Kevin Thompson, 57, from Bedfordshire was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 11am on Tuesday, April 16.
Mr Thompson’s flatbed truck was involved in a collision with a lorry just before Junction 27, near Epping, at 10.45am.
Fire crews from Waltham Abbey, Epping, Harlow and Brentwood worked with the Ambulance Service to help deal with the incident.
Paying tribute, his family said: “Kevin was a kind, caring, fun-loving family man who will be missed greatly.
“He was a very experienced lorry driver and worked hard in all that he did.
“We would like to thank all those who stopped to help him at the scene of the accident, as well as the emergency services.”
No arrests have been made in connection with his death.
