Four people including two police officers have been taken to hospital this afternoon after a crash involving two vans.
All suffered "minor injuries" after the police van overturned following the crash on Shooters Hill by Bellgrove Road.
The crash happened around 3.30pm and road closures remain in place.
A police spokesman told News Shopper: "A police van was involved in a collision with a van driven by a member of the public
"There were no reports of any serious injuries to members of the public. Two people were in the vehicle.
"Both members of the public and two police officers have suffered minor injuries and have been taken to hospital as a precaution. These are not believed life-threatening."
"The incident will be referred to the Met's Directorate of Professional Standards as is routine."
