The council has announced that the planning reception desk within the Civic Office will be relocating next week.
From Monday, April 9, the reception will be moving from the second floor of the building in Epping to the main reception on the ground floor.
The planning reception desk will also be operating on a reduced service from 9am till 11.30am due to reduced staff.
A statement released by Epping Forest District Council says: “Please go to the main reception desk and ask for the Duty Planning Officer, you will then be asked to take a seat and they will come and take you to a meeting room in the Reception area.”
Booking by appointment will not be available, if you would like to meet with the Duty Planning Officer simply turn up to the Civic Offices on Epping High Street.
