A man has been found guilty of attempted murder after a road rage incident which left the victim with life-threatening injuries.
Flynn Prevost, 60, of Thornbrook, Thornwood, was convicted by jury following a nine-day trial at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday, March 28, 2019.
On Saturday, September 22, 2018, Prevost launched into a violent attack on a 37-year-old on Epping New Road.
Prevost stabbed the victims with a knife 15 times, before getting back into his car and driving off.
The victim was taken to hospital after to be treated for stab wounds to the head, neck, back and face.
Prevost voluntarily attended Loughton police station on Thursday, September 25, 2018, and was arrested and subsequently charged with attempted murder.
He will be sentenced on Friday, April 12.
