A teenager was punched before he and his friend were robbed at a McDonald’s.
Back on January 24, at around 7.15pm, a group of people approached two teens who were sat upstairs at McDonald’s in Watford High Street, next to King Street.
They were asked to hand over their belongings and when one of the victims refused, he was hit.
iPhone wireless headphones, a vaporiser, vaporiser liquid, and a black glove was stolen from his pocket before the group of youths then targeted his friend.
He handed over his bag and also lost his hat.
The gang then left McDonald’s and made off towards Watford High Street station, and are believed to have boarded a train before getting off at Hatch End in Harrow.
Police have been carrying out a number of enquiries and have now been able to release a series of CCTV images of people they would like to talk to. (see enlarged images below)
Officers hope they have information which could help with the robbery investigation.
Detective Constable David Herring, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries to identify the offenders involved in this incident.
“If you witnessed what happened or think you recognise anyone pictured, please email me at david.herring@herts.pnn.police.uk.”
