Two drivers have been taken to hospital after they were involved in a car accident in Stonecot Hill earlier today.
A lane was closed and traffic queued due to recovery work following the collision in Stonecot Hill, southbound to Sutton Common Road (The Wood Stock).
Bus routes 83, 90 and 413 were affected, according to Transport for London, with congestion leading up to Morden Park.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said they were called to the scene, sending two ambulance crews.
She added: "We treated two people and took them to hospital."
A Scotland Yard spokesman said police were called at the same time and assisted with the recovery work taking place.
Photos show an airbag was deployed in the silver car involved.
