A person has died after they were hit by a train at Wallington station.
The British Transport Police was called shortly after midnight (October 20) to reports of someone having been struck by a train.
Officers from the force attended the scene, alongside the London Ambulance Service, but the person, who has not been formally identified, was sadly pronounced dead.
A BTP spokeswoman said the incident is not being treated as suspicious while they are working to inform the person's family.
