A mum and her daughter who left a woman seriously injured following an attack inside a Cheam pub on New Year's Eve have been jailed.
Paula Millard, 49, of Gander Green Lane, and Melissa Millard, 22, of Clarkes Avenue, were both found guilty of GBH at Croydon Crown Court on October 16.
Police were called to reports of a woman assaulted at the Harrow Inn, in Cheam High Street, at around 11pm on December 31, 2016.
When officers attended they found the victim, aged in her 40s, suffering from multiple injuries after being attacked by the two suspects, Scotland Yard said.
She was then rushed to a west London hospital by the London Ambulance Service for treatment following damage to both her face and wrist.
The Millards were then arrested in connection with the incident before being bailed to a date in late March the following year.
Both were later sentenced to five years’ imprisonment following a trial at Croydon Crown Court earlier this month.
