Good morning, It will be a day of sunny spells across our region with temperatures of around 15-17 degrees celcius making it feel very pleasant.

On the roads, there's bad news for drivers on the A1 and over in Essex, there are two problems which mean you may have to leave a little earlier to get to where you need to go to on time.

There are long queues clockwise on the M25 between j27 and close to j31. This is because of an earlier crash between j29 and j30 but there is now a fuel spillage between j28 and j29 which has shut two lanes, Highways England says.

While delays on the M11 southbound are a lot longer than usual believed to have been because of an incident on the North Circular, however traffic appears to be moving near the junction now, but queues stretch back to the M25.

Traffic has been stopped on the A1 southbound between j2 and j1 for the M25 and there is one lane shut northbound at a crash site. Police are on their way but it has already caused disruption with queues back to j4 for Hatfield/Welwyn.

Elsewhere it is the usual story on the roads however the M1 near Bricket Wood is looking a lot quieter than usual.

No issues on the tube.
