Police put a call out to the public for help in finding Jason Seare.
Jason is believed to have access to a silver BMW 5 series.
He also has links to Mitcham and the wider Surrey and Sussex areas.
Police have asked that anyone with information about Jason's whereabouts contact them on 101, quoting CAD 6773/17OCT18.
