The opening date of the new Morden Leisure Centre has been announced.
Come 4pm on November 6, people will be able to dive head first into the new crop of swimming pools.
But for two people, that chance will come a little earlier.
A silent auction has been launched by Merton Council that will see the highest bidder take to the pool 30 minutes before anyone else.
The council’s cabinet member for community and culture, Nick Draper said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to mark their place in the new leisure centre’s history, whilst raising money for the mayor’s charities.
"This centre is a wonderful facility for everyone to have fun and keep fit, and I can’t wait to see it being used by the community that helped shape its design.”
Bidding will close at noon on Tuesday, October 30.
