SELF-taught chocolatiers Fifth Dimension won five prizes, including three gold medals, in the British round of this year’s International Chocolate Awards.
The Ickenham firm won gold for their Siem Reap Cambodian Curry chocolate, the Akureyri Arctic Thyme Caramel and the Turin Hazelnut Gianduja.
Fifth Dimension were also awarded bronze for their Grytviken Whisky ganache and bronze agains for Warsaw Blackcurrant & Pernod. All five will now be judged in the 2018 World Final, in Florence next month.
Since launching the business five years ago, Fifth Dimension have become known for pushing the boundaries with inventive flavours inspired by culinary experiences and adventures around the globe.
