Bexley fire cadets have taken on the Running Man Challenge.
The latest internet trend has gone viral after two teenagers from America started it.
You are tasked with doing a variation of the running man to an old ‘90s hit song called ‘My Boo’ by Ghost Town DJ’s.
Many emergency services, including Yorkshire police and Met police, have performed the challenge.
Now, Bexley fire cadets tried their luck at Erith Fire Station and the video was uploaded online on Wednesday (May 11).
The music hits and the cadets dance while water is sprayed on them.
