Time to relax and breathe out, Bromley!
Those in the south-east London borough must have been successfully watching their waistlines as new figures reveal the borough is among England's ten "thinnest" regions.
Figures from the Health & Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) pinpoint the number of people in each region who were admitted to hospital with a primary or secondary diagnosis of obesity in 2014/15.
Bromley came in at number seven of the areas with the lowest obesity admissions per 100,000 - at 297.
In the top three for slenderness were Richmond (238), Kingston-upon-Thames (252) and Rutland in the East Midlands (274).

But obesity is still not an issue to be taken lightly.
In 2014, 58% of women and 65% of men in England were overweight or obese, the figures show.
HSCIC said obesity prevalence has increased from 15% in 1993 to 26% in 2014.
