A Woolwich woman’s body was found in the River Thames at Swanscombe weeks after she was reported missing, an inquest heard.
Zoe Degraag, 23, was discovered on the Kent riverbank on December 12 last year.
Traces of alcohol and cocaine were found in her system - this most likely played a part in her death, Gravesend Old Town Hall heard today (March 23).
There were no obvious marks on her body, with an Oyster card and a mobile phone found in her pockets.
Miss Degraag, who was in a relationship, was previously urged by friends to stop her excessive drinking, the inquest heard.
The Greenwich-born woman overdosed on antidepressants on November 25 last year, senior coroner Roger Hatch was told.
She was reported missing three days later.
Her cause of death was ruled as drowning and Mr Hatch recorded an open verdict.
