Firefighters tackled a fire at a Subway shop this morning (September 11).
The blaze, in High Street, Barkingside, damaged the restaurant.
Six fire engines and 35 firefighters attended the scene when the brigade was called 8.05am.
The fire was under control at 9.25am.
The cause is not known at this stage.
