Ascham Homes officer Raja Khan is speaking out about the organisation's efforts to tackle anti-social behaviour on estates in Waltham Forest.
He has handled many cases and works on the front-line when it comes to solving disputes.
Mr Khan says ASB has been a major issue for Ascham Homes since it was founded in 2003, and the arms-length management organisation is currently dealing with around 200 cases.
