Gabriel Pepper, a Walthamstow resident, has been a recipient of the Independent Living Fund (ILF) for 16 years.
He fears that the Independent Living Fund care packages may get cut as funding may not be protected by Government cuts.
The Independent Living Fund (IFL), sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions, delivers financial support to disabled people so they can choose to live in the communities, rather than in residential care.
