A murder investigation is under way after a young man was shot dead outside a pub in Sudbury, north-west London.
Police were called to Harrow Road, Brent, outside The Swan pub not far from Sudbury and Harrow Road station shortly after midnight this morning (July 2).
A 20-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detective Chief Inspector Andrew Chalmers, who is leading the investigation, said: "The motive for the murder is unclear at this stage, but we are pursuing a number of lines of enquiry.
"We are appealing for any witnesses who may have been in the area in the early hours of this morning to contact police.”
