Police in Waltham Forest have released CCTV footage of a thief who targeted a mother.
The man pictured is wanted for theft at Argos in High Road, Leytonstone, on April 14 at around 2.30pm.
Footage released by police shows the man standing just inches from the victim as he rummages through her pushchair.
With his back to the victim as she pays for goods at the till, it takes the man around 20 seconds to find her purse which contained £150 cash and bank cards.
