Iconic London landmarks were turned pink to celebrate the birth of the new princess.
The royal baby's arrival was marked with pink lights at Tower Bridge, the Golden Jubilee Bridges and London Eye.
The message 'it's a girl' was displayed on the BT Tower after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's second child was born on Saturday.
