Police have issued CCTV footage to find a car driver after a 33-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in Streatham.
The pedestrian was hit by a car and died in Tooting Bec Road at around 3.10am on Saturday (May 2).
The car drove off after the crash at the junction with Dr Johnson Avenue.
Police have released images and footage of a silver car seen in Tooting Bec Road shortly after, and are appealing for the driver to come forward.
They also want to speak to the driver of a taxi spotted near the scene.
Detective Sergeant Phil Hames, of the Met's serious collision investigation unit at Merton, said: "I need to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or has information - including reports of a car which sustained unexplained frontal damage overnight - that may help identify the driver or the vehicle involved."
The witness line is 020 8543 5157. To remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
