The 'smallest house in Brockley' has been sold for nearly half a million.
The former storage space on Revelon Road has been converted into a two bedroom house, with an internal floor area of just 84 square metres.
Residents have mocked the house, labelling it the 'smallest house in Brockley'.
Listed by Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, the property is described as a 'stunning new, architect designed, contemporary Eco-home, just 200m from local shops, station and school'.
Despite the negative feedback, a buyer has been found for the property at £490,000 and contracts are being exchanged.
Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Land and Developments director John East said: "The property on Revelon Road is in the process of being sold, and at 905 sq ft, it's not too dissimilar in size or price compared to other properties in the area.
"London is very much in need of housing, and this development is not only an example of how to use surplus space innovatively, but it's also designed with the environment in mind."
