CCTV has been released on a van driver who attempted to steal metal loading cages from a supermarket.
The man pictured is wanted following the incident at Iceland, in High Road, Leytonstone, on April 17 at 4.45pm.
He reversed his green transit van into the loading bay area and to tried to steal the cages but was interrupted by a staff member and left without stealing anything.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 4907624/15 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
