Train services will be disrupted in the Wimbledon area this afternoon after a signalling problem and a fire alarm at London Waterloo.
A signalling problem in the Wimbledon area has contributed to ongoing delays for tennis goers and commuters today.
A spokeswoman for the South West Trains-Network Rail Alliance said: "Services in and out of London Waterloo are currently being disrupted following a fire alarm at Waterloo Station and a signalling problem in the Wimbledon area.”
The spokeswoman said both issues have now been resolved, however there are ongoing delays.
“We would like to apologise to passengers for any inconvenience this will cause and we will return services to normal as quickly as possible,” the spokeswoman added.
