Lambeth Police appeal:

Police were called at approx 06:35hrs on Wednesday, 8 January to reports of a robbery and assault in Auckland Hill at the junction with Norwood High Street SE27.

The 33-year-old victim was on his way to work, he was walking down Auckland Hill at the junction with Norwood High Street when he was approached from the side by two men and punched several times, before having his property taken from him.

Officers arrived on scene along with LAS and found the victim suffering from stab wounds. The injuries were described as non-life threatening and non-life changing.

The victim was treated for his injuries at a South London Hospital and has since been released.

The suspects are described as: Suspect one is a black male aged between 17 - 20 years old and he was wearing a black jacket.

Suspect two is a black male aged between 17 - 20 years old and he was wearing a grey jacket.
