NAOMI Riches will no longer just be the name of a Paralympic gold medallist come this afternoon.
A boat is set to be named after the London 2012 sports star as part of Marlow Rowing Club's ongoing fundraising campaign for its new clubhouse.
Peter Hunt, the club chairman and Sir Steve Redgrave will feature in a naming ceremony at Bisham Abbey.
Naomi Riches is also set to attend The vessels are being named after those who have made donations.
One of the donors, Monika Schooler, is travelling from Germany to see the boat she has paid for in her friend's name - Mary Newman - being named.
Other names include Chris Lenton, Russell peacock, Helen Selden and Hillbilly.
Meanwhile, the club is gearing up for a major event on November 1.
The President's Dinner hosted by Sir Steve and Marlow Mayor Suzanne Brown will take place at The Crowne Plaza Hotel from 7pm.
Auction prizes are needed for the event and the club this week appealed for help. Tickets and tables are still available to buy.
