Carers of children with special needs will take centre stage at a workshop exploring communication.
Letting Them In will feature talks from a variety of expert voices, on the challenges faced when working with children and young adults with special needs.
Rose Theatre’s artistic director Stephen Unwin, and experts in special education will give speeches, before a hands-on session inviting the audience to explore communication issues.
A speech and language therapist and voice coach will be getting people up on stage to throw their voices and try out various forms of speech.

The day celebrates the launch of the Let Me In festival.
Parents, carers, teachers and support staff are invited to take part.
