We moved here over 25 years ago now and for us, it was all about the location. It was and still is perfectly located for everything. Good schools, three stations, Cheam Village and Sutton town centre all within walking distance! We also loved how spacious the rooms were - ideal for family life. We have done a fair amount of work to the house over the years, but it's also ideal for anyone wanting to make their own mark too. Many houses down the road have been extended and if we needed more space we would have done the same too. There's still scope for anyone to do that if they choose to (subject to all relevant consents). We no longer need all of this space so are looking to down-size to something smaller, but hopefully staying local as we love the area.
