THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Frogmoor, High Wycombe in the Parish of High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frogmoor from the railway bridge for a distance of approximately 54 metres. Alternative route: Parker Knoll Way, Glenisters Road, Hughenden Road, Hughenden Boulevard, Arch Way, Oxford Road, Frogmoor, Oxford Street, Temple End. The closure is required whilst Network Rail bridge repairs (Night closures from 22:00-05:30 each night) take place commencing on 27 May 2019 between 22:00 and 05:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 May 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 May 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Upper Icknield Way, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Upper Icknield Way for adistance of approximately 50 metres by the railway bridge. Alternative route: Shootacre Lane, Bledlow Road, Picts Lane. The closure is required whilst Network Rail Bridge Inspections take place commencing on 23 May 2019 between 09:30 and 15:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 May 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Northend Road, Northend in the Parish ofTurville CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Northend Road for adistance of approximately 1889 metres. Alternative route: Balhams Lane, Balham's Lane, Dolesden Lane, Stonor, B480, Patemore Lane, Nettlebed Henley. The closure is required whilst Cable Installation works take place commencing on 20 May 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 May 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council proposes to make the Buckinghamshire County Council (Wycombe District) (Consolidation) Order 2014 (Amendment no. 1020) Order 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chalk Hill from junction ofSampson's Hill to junction of Magpie Lane for approximately 315 metres. Alternative route: Manor Way, Barrack Hill, Village Road, Windmill Hill. The closure is required whilst UKPN cabling works take place commencing on 1June2019 between 08:00 and 16:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 June 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Buckinghamshire CountyCouncil (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2018 under

Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic RegulationAct 1984,has

with the approval ofthe Secretary ofStatefor Transport been continued in forceand willcontinue until 16 July 2019 or until the completion of the workswhichever is the earlier. The effect ofthe Order istotemporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, inthat length of Public Footpath No.12 Fawley from apoint approximately 1,450 metres south of A4155 to apoint approximately 2140 metres south ofA4155. The closure is required in the interests of public safety to enable the continuation ofrepair works to the collapsed bridge. Penalties for not observing these restrictions will be as prescribed in the Road Traffic Regulation Act1984

and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
